700 Block Linden Case Study

700 Linden once thrived as the local hardware store. But when  Austin’s True Value closed during the economic crisis, it left a retail gap for nearly a decade along Carpinteria’s leading commercial corridor. Presidio Real Estate recognized an opportunity to bridge the gap with a benefit to neighboring retailers and the community.

Blake hunted down the right players and with one call launched a flurry of creativity and planning to purchase and develop the entire 700 block of Linden.  Per project developer Huggins, “Blake brought us an opportunity with a lot of potential.
