Mercury Lounge - Case Study
When it became obvious we needed to sell our business during the Covid pandemic, we thought it would be near impossible, but, partnering with Blake at Presidio Commercial we soon felt at ease.

Closets Etc. - Case Study
Being an artist, Louise Gerber knew she had a talent for spatial organization but never realized how that might parlay into a business venture. However, after repeatedly helping her mother to organize her closet, her mother suggested to Louise that she open her own closet company. 37 years later, Louise decided it was time to semi-retire from her company Closets etc. which she created in 1984, the only local closet company in Santa Barbara.
