This purchase represents the entire 700 block of Linden which sits on the East side of the street between 7th and 8th Streets and is comprised of 22,257 SF of improvements on a 30,492 SF lot. This is a terrific opportunity for a revitalization of the entire block providing a “boost” to Carpinteria’s main retail corridor.
